The wine is an intense ruby red with shades of the same hue. On the nose, there are notes of pepper, fresh eucalyptus and chocolate. The palate is elegant and fresh with firm tannins. The finish is long lasting, with a fruity aftertaste.

77% Malbec, 13% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc

Finca Flichman Dedicado Red Blend is fermented for 15-20 days at 82º F. Before a final ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels and a further 8 months in bottle, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

This wine pairs well with smoked Gouda cheese, fungi risotto, and lamb with aromatic herbs and spices.

Dedicado didn´t start as a commercial brand. Mr. Flichman dedicated his efforts to generate a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah using the best grapes in every harvest to give them to a small number of customers and friends. Those bottles had a label with the phrase “Dedicated to our friends”. That originated the brand Dedicado. Now, this wine is only made in great harvest years, with the best grapes in the vineyards.
