Azevedo Reserva

Clear and bright with greenish tints. It has an aroma of prominent notes of well-ripened fruit, particularly of stone fruit, such as peaches and nectarines. On the palate, this wine is creamy with aromatic notes of ripe fruit. A lively acidity invites a long and balanced finish. This fresh, fruity profile means that it is ready to be consumed immediately. However, it will evolve positively in the bottle for at least 5 years.

70% Loureiro, 30% Alvarinho

Alcohol: 12% | Total acidity: 5,6 g/L | Sugar: 1,3 g/L | pH: 3,2

With its fruity profile and integrated acidity, this full-bodied and creamy wine is very gastronomic and pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood and rich salads. Due to its freshness, it pairs exceptionally well with intense flavors, such as those found in Asian cuisine.

A single-estate reserve that is an exemplary expression of the more premium wines the Vinho Verde is capable of producing. The eagle (imprinted on the capsule), which is a universal symbol of power, strength, authority and victory, was the coat of arms of the Azevedo family, who had owned the house for ten centuries and for more than 30 generations. It is represented in various places both inside and outside the historic manor and tower that date back to the 11th century.
