The wine is deep ruby red with violet tints. On the nose, there are aromas of red fruits from the forest, spices and chocolate. On the palate there is a concentrated flavor of fruits and herbs, with an oak background. The finish is elegant, round and long.

Finca Flichman Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 82º F. It then undergoes maceration for 18 days. Before a final ageing of 8 months in French oak barrels and four months of bottle aging, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
This wine pairs perfectly with hard cheeses, such as Gruyere, chicken stuffed with onion and cheddar cheese, and beef with barbecue sauce.
