Kylie Minogue’s Côtes de Provence Rosé is cultivated from the picturesque estate of Château Sainte Roseline, located in the oldest winemaking region of France. The soil is composed of shale and clay, which enhances the aromatic profile of the grapes. The strong sea breezes, constant sun, and mistral winds create an ideal climate for ripe grapes. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and are fermented in an un-oaked barrel.

This wine pairs wonderfully with pan-fried fillet of bar, tomato & basil compote.
