Gran Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense ruby red color. On the nose, there is red and black ripe fruit with notes of pepper and sweet spices. The palate is elegant and fresh with firm tannins. The finish is long-lasting with a fruity aftertaste.

Finca Flichman Dedicado Gran Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented for 15-20 days at 28º C. Before a final aging of 12 months in French oak barrels and a further 8 months in bottle, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Alcohol: 14% Vol | Total Acidity: 5,4 g/L | Sugar: < 3 g/L.

This wine pairs well with Munster cheese, stuffed pasta with Porcini mushrooms, and beef saignant.
